About Raw Umber Studios
Raw Umber Studios is a non-profit art school focused on teaching representational painting and drawing.
We run short, focused workshops alongside regular online sessions, supporting artists at different stages of their practice. Teaching is centred on observation, process, and developing a clear visual language through sustained study.
The studio brings together a community of artists working in a structured and supportive environment, where practical skills and individual approaches are developed over time.
This exhibition reflects that shared approach to making and learning.
